Marlin combines extensive expertise and creative problem-solving to deliver advice when it matters most regarding mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, estate planning, business financing transactions, buy/sell agreements, conflict resolution, personal financial planning, and tax consulting and planning.
He specializes in partnering with closely held and family-owned businesses, from emerging startups to well-established enterprises. Marlin’s advice has guided clients across a range of industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and agribusiness. He has been a core member of the Simon Lever team since 1976 and served as Managing Partner for two and a half decades.

For more than 20 years, Marlin coached junior high soccer, which helped him better understand how to help others, including his clients, work through challenges.
