ORIENTATION
When you join Simon Lever, we’ll work together closely so you can get to know our resources, processes, and team. You’ll also learn more about our culture and how we incorporate our core values into everything we do.
MENTORING
You’ll be partnered with an experienced team member on day one. We believe in the impact of individual mentees learning from mentors in a one-on-one relationship built on trust, respect, and a growth mindset.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Your mentor will help identify opportunities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences. We also encourage you to take advantage of self-study courses, memberships in relevant organizations, and additional certifications.
COLLEGE STUDENTS
Through internships and externships, college students will gain real-world experience in a wide variety of work, add value to clients and the community, and enjoy firm outings and activities.
