Simon Lever LLP Announces Merger with Pfister and Rompalo PC

LANCASTER, PASimon Lever LLP and Pfister and Rompalo PC announced Monday they would be joining forces to expand their service markets and bring added offerings and new accounting, tax and consulting resources to Central Pennsylvania businesses, organizations and individuals.

Simon Lever LLP is already well known for its business and financial advisory services with clients in a variety of industries and professions. Pfister and Rompalo PC touts more than 46 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation and consulting, serving clients in a broad spectrum of industries and professions, including venture capital and medical practice organizations.

Marlin Benedict, managing partner of Simon Lever LLP said clients of both companies have much to gain from the new alliance.

“Pfister and Rompalo is a proven and reputable firm that has served as trusted advisors for clients in South Central Pennsylvania,” Benedict said. “The merger of our companies gives their existing and prospective clients of the capital region access to additional resources and service offerings that can easily be provided out of the Wormleysburg or Lancaster offices.”

Simon Lever LLP Partner Jason McDougall said Pfister and Rompalo’s office at 342 North Front Street in Wormleysburg will remain unchanged and open to clients of both firms. McDougall said the new added location for Simon Lever, which is separated from the Pennsylvania State Capitol Building by the Harvey Taylor Bridge, is a major asset and will give Simon Lever an opportunity to service current capital region clients at another location and accelerate its growth in the capital region.

Steffee, said he couldn’t be more thrilled with the merger.
